An Apple a day keeps the doctor away. We have all believed that at one point in Our life.

Well the same goes for blogging. Release your thoughts through blogging -remember your thoughts are public on a blog so keep your transcriptions tasteful. Eating healthy and blogging keeps the Doctor at Bay.

Honestly WA keeps me anxious but in a good way. Its just lots to do. And the process can get overwhelming at times, but nothing a little time off or meditation won't subside.

  • Comprehensive Training (OEC)
  • Consistent blogging (Staying in touch with your network)
  • Helping others (Give and Take, Live chat)
  • Website development (Design and content)
  • Affiliate Marketing (Boot camp)
  • Marketing Strategies (sharing links)

Unfortunately, finding Wealthy Affiliate did not curb my anxiety but it does help with depression. As I refuse to take any prescribed medicines I try to remember the techniques I learned in therapy and how to manage stress and anxiety.

On the other hand, you know how they fool us into thinking there is good and bad debt? Until we get in over our heads in both. And learn Good debt is BAD, if not managed properly. Well prescribed medicines are like s placebo, not good, they cause too many unnecessary side effects.

See how I got that bit of depressive notion- credit- out my thoughts and blogged about it. Now I can learn what others think about credit or whatever I may decide to rant about on a blog post.

Since grade school journalism has been a way to develop writing skills and our imagination through fictional or non-fictional story telling or commentary.

How blogging helps with depression -What I learned in Therapy

Depression is a state of being not who you are. Depression does not define you as a person it only immobilizes thoughts. Puts a person in a state of inertia. A feeling of inadequacy that causes stagnation.

3 Coping mechanisms

1. Meditation (walk in nature)

2. Be creative (invent or compose something)

3. Journal your thoughts away

That is all for Now.

Very interesting take on this. It does help me to read what other bloggers on WA say and encourages me to write and come up with ideas and assistance to others

Great post. Thanks for sharing

Very inspiring post!

Thank you.

Lovely post. I would love to do one a day, but often take notes and it usually stays in my journal. I spend too much time doing other things, like reading other people's blogs, watching YouTube videos on the same things and always learning. I need to take my own advice and take action..

Very true. Your own advice is the best. Wishing you much success.
