Disheartened :(

I know it's only been 3 weeks but I am a little disheartened already. I know it's sad, but its how I feel.
Today I decided to check out the competition and looking at them. How they've built a brand and how inlcusive it is, I'm not sure I chose the right niche anymore. I do love my niche and creating content for it makes me feel accomplished. I also know that patience needs to be applied because it will take a couple of years to build my brand.
But I 'm a little disheartened (Note: I am not giving up, just a little blue) how do I compete with those brands.
