Thank’s for the support. Google search says that my site was shown twice and one person actually clicked. That is how I got the 50% click through rate.

That’s not how it works. You reach the top positions by ranking with your keywords. I just don’t know how to find out which keywords I ranked for.
The 50% click rate just means that half of my impressions in the search engine (impressions means the search engine found my page relevant to a person’s search and they showed it to them) resulted in a click( a visit to my website).
