ShareASale: How to re-apply and.

Last year I applied as an affiliate at ShareASale.com as part of my OEC training. My website was in intial stages, didn't had much of a content so the result was my application got declined for the general reason like website design, insufficient content, no traffic, etc.

I completed my OEC training and created a new website 6 months ago that has 35 posts till now. I applied all my learning here at WA in building my website, making it as SEO-friendly as I can. My website and few posts are indexed by google. I have seen daily visitors on my website on Google Analytics. I joined Amazon associate program and with all the buzz around their reduction in commissions I thought of diversifying my website to different affiliate programs.

I planned to re-apply at ShareASale again for their good reputation and commission percentage. When I logged in with my existing user Id and password I was taken to the old page where my application was declined. I couldn't find any other option to re-apply and out of curiosity I wrote an email to ShareASale@ShareASale.com asking for their guidance.

I recieved a reply within 2 days from their team with a link. They asked me to click on that link for re-application. With lots of enthusiam and optimism I re-applied to their affiliate program this time with all the details of my second website. I was hopeful that I would recieve a positive response as my website had all the ingredients needed to fulfill their requirement.

But guess what? My application was declined again... and with the same reason related to website design, content, etc. I am disappointed. What is it that I did wrong this time? Do I need to hire a web-designer, a content writer and other professionals to get my website approved for an affiliate program? I'm still guessing.

I would like to know if anybody from WA faced similar situation. Not only with ShareASale but any of the other affiliate programs. What is the criterion to be followed next time when I re-apply at ShareASale.com. Or should I ever re-apply at ShareASale.com?
