Keyword Writing Challenge

Read through the instructions before you begin.
1) Go to the random word generator website (as an external link/resource to this lecture). It will automatically have generated 4 words. Pick 3 of them and ignore the 4th. Note: You must pick from the first 4 words that show up. You are not allowed to reload the page.

2) Open your writing program, following the rules from lecture 3 (no spell check or distractions!)

3) Write the 3 words you chose into the writing program, at the top of the page.

4) Choose from one of the following two writing challenges (choose, but do not begin):

---1) Based on the 3 words selected, write a romantic and/or funny story that will make the reader feel warm and fuzzy.

or

---2) If you want to practice article writing/copywriting, then it's time to craft an advertisement. Using the 3 words selected as your creative theme*, write a text based advertisement selling one of the following 3 products:

a) Your Car

b) This Course (Wealthy Affiliate)

c) Your Pet (to be adopted)

*These 3 words are meant to be your theme or provide context to your writing...but technically the exact words do not need to appear in your writing (but of course they can). For example, if one word was clown you could write about the circus and not say clown. If a word was fried-chicken you could write about KFC but not use the words fried-chicken.

5) Go to the egg timer website (linked as an external link/resource as well), for 5 minutes.

6) Based on the 3 words and challenge you have chose, begin writing and do not stop for the 5 minutes.
