Visions
As a premium member, I was met with many challenges this pas month of 2019, the challenges I faced seemed insurmountable such as writing. Being able to write my first article looked like boatloads of work for me as I don't know where to start eventually I did and it turned out alright. It felt like things are looking up but then some of the things I need to do are some of the things I have no plan on doing but I did it anyway for the sake of my training progress.
Goal setting
Some or even people tell me that having a goal is the sure way to get things going for sake goals itself so I tried and to my surprise, it didn't have the results I was expecting. My original plan was to make some money before December ends but no matter how hard I tried to work it nothing came of it. The only thing that ever came out of it is a massive disappointment and it hit me so hard that I slipped into depression. Because of it, I had to lay low of my training for a while and reflect on my past mistakes hoping it won't get worse going forward. It did help to get my mind off of things as it allows the body and mind to clear out of the self-imposed burdens. This 2020 I'm gonna have to use the experiences gained in the previous month and throw away some of the things not contributing to my personal growth such as working a dead-end job and dealing with unnecessary people every day.
A different approach
I began scouring the internet for some things that will help me to move forward and I found something. It is called being vision-oriented instead of being goal-oriented being goal-oriented is great and all but when things fail it will lead to so many disappointments because one is trying to achieve things in a certain time frame as I did. This time around I'm going to focus on my vision and my vision alone because being a vision-oriented person keeps it going no matter how many failures one encountered and no matter how little is the accomplishment it makes working on it a lot better. Being vision-oriented keeps a person fully focused because it wasn't fixed on achieving something on a certain time period which leads to pressure. Being a vision-oriented person allows it to pick up interesting things that it encounters along the way because self-imposed pressure is not present anymore. Being a vision-oriented person opens a lot of room for improvements.
This is my blog for today I won't keep it any longer for those who have short attention spans and should you feel compelled to disagree put them in the comment section below I'm fully okay with it.
Wishing all of you a great New Year and may you have a great prosperous 2020.
See you soon.
Ariel.
