The Pain of Waiting.

Since beginning my endeavour with Wealthy Affiliate, it feels like all I do is wait.

When I first joined, I had to wait months until I had the funds to go premium. (Much love to Kyle who extended the 60% off promotion until I could go premium.) And from there, more waiting.

As some of you know, I am stuck living with my in-laws until my house is ready. The lighting here is beyond awful, to the point where sometimes it's hard to tell if meat is cooked through. (Yuck!) This means that pictures for my blog are off the table.

I love cooking and making soap, but my in-law's kitchen is extremely small, and I don't have any of my dishes. There goes trying out fancy money saving recipes, like making my own cheese. As far as soap goes, when I ordered more essential oils, the packaging leaked and the scent was extremely strong. Now my mother-in-law believes that my soap making will smell like that, and I have been forbidden from doing it.

As soon as I get my soap making going, I am hoping to make business cards, as my local Verizon store allows different shops to display their cards. I plan to ask around for permission to display my cards, as well as sending one with every purchase. The only problem is for that, I need a cell phone. The card design I want (Matches my blog's design.) requires a phone number, and honestly, I would like to provide one as well.

I used to have dreams of becoming a singer, but now it would seem that my dreams are merely filled with a desire that some day in the future, I will no longer have to wait.

Thanks, guys. I've also been thinking about making bookmarks. Not like your average paper bookmarks, but those metal ones that have beads on them. I learned how to do engraving, and I thought that it might be cool to take old cans (No one around here recycles, and it drives me crazy!) and making them into really pretty bookmarks with different sayings engraved into them. Do you think those would sell?

Thanks for sharing this with us. Excited to hear about your success in the soap making!

Honestly I understand how you feel, you just need to stay persistent and keep on pushing! Sometimes the more you want something, the farther away it seems to run, but please don't stop. Do whatever you can today, and trust that things will change and once they do, you'll be so motivated by your current obstacles that you'll multiply your success rate in no time. Stay positive, I'll be following!
