I Need Help With Paypal
I need some help!
I am trying to figure out paypals subscription system, and I am somewhat confused, and the mighty Google has failed me and not found my solution.
I recently changed my WA subs over to Paypal, and in Paypal I have numerous currencies ($, £, €, $CAD) and believed that Paypal would just convert them and pay for it.
Instead it said it would use my $ and € and charge my bank account for the outstanding. Which OK, thats fine, but Im now concerned it will ignore the other currencies come next month, and bill me the full amount to my card, which is not fine.
Anyone come across a situation like this? How did it end? Am I just worrying over nothing here?

I suggest giving them a call. If you log in, click on Contact and then Call. You will get a one time passcode good for 30 minutes and a 1 800 number to customer service. good luck.
I have no idea if that would be free for me being outside of the States, but I think I'll mail them. Cheers
Hi Apina, I've called them from Australia and it was diverted to the States as a local call, so it may be an option for you as well.

You essentially have one primary currency which all transactions are exacted from. After that, it usually pulls from your secondary currency. From there, it usually pulls from your linked credit card or back account.
So, just be sure you always have enough in your primary currency prior to the transaction.
Hmm I figured it would use all the currencies available to it, in this case 4. I'll see what Paypal has to say but it's annoying if it only uses 2 currencies for payments.
