Two days ago we found out that my partner's Grandmother passed away and today I found out that my mother's cousin, someone I was really close to passed too.

I spoke with her only last Wednesday and she was laughing at the end of the telephone call. She wasn't unwell and it has come as a complete shock to me.

I am feeling totally out of sorts now. I know that it's inevitable so, why do I feel like this?
