This weekend was one of rejuvenation had the joy of spending time in the northeast of Trinidad sapping up the beautiful beaches of Balandra and Grand Reviere where turtles come to nest every year. The turtle is so intelligent they seem to come with their own antenna, the same turtle return to the very spot each year to nest,

State of Mind

The crashing waves on the rocks put your mind and soul in a different place one of rejuvenation and bliss. Emotionally spending time close to the ocean helps to balance our mental health and invokes a calm mental state of mind.

Moment of Paradise

The seaside makes you feel so good, ever wonder how we think about our life purpose when we are at the ocean.

The ocean makes you feel relaxing, altering the wave pattern of your brains when you hear that powerful crashing sound.

BALANDRA BAY

Wish I could spend all my time at the beach and forget the world and hassle of every day.

Bye, until our next discovery

I am blessed to have it within eyesight on a daily basis and only 15 minutes drive to a refreshing dip. Sometimes we take the simplest of pleasures for granted. Time to pull out my trunks and head on over. Thanks Anjie next time you see me I will be boogie boarding on a Maracas wave.

Count me in on that trip, Anjanie!

Trinidad reminds me of my enchanted island of Puerto Rico. Anjie I know exactly what you mean by spending time just looking to the ocean. That's an unforgettable experience.

I lived 100 yards from the sea for 23 years. And I so miss it now. I remember the crashing waves were quite hypnotic

Nice post Anjie, you sure do live in paradise.
There is something very magical and therapeutic about sitting
on a beach listening to the waves.

Thanks for sharing a glimpse of your life and the beautiful photos.
