Feel like crap!
So......let's start with the beginning.
Last night I had the COVID19 vaccine. They said that you'll feel like hell after but ......this is way too much. You can feel from inside that the body, your bones and internal organs are fighting against it. Hopefully will not fight so much and tomorrow sunshine will come on my street.
How I'm gonna do the daily workout practice today (loudly crying) . Or how I'm gonna take the left over training ufffff

Update:3rd day after COVID vaccination : feel the same like crap, my stomach hurt me so bad in the middle of the chest that even w Famotidine the pain didn't go away, no mood of eating, feeling like I'm puking/vomiting all times.....
Update.18.04pm no one said how infernal is the pain in the stomach and lungs and no matter what pain killer you take, the pain is unbereable...........just bull as ohhh a bit fever, symptoms as flu🥵.Bul!

Update to my friends: the 4td day after the Oxford Astra Zeneca COVID19 vaccine, my stomach still kill me and wake me up every single morning with a vomiting sensation. I am still dizzy. my body, muscle and bones, did not hurt much. I can do my practise that's the main thing!
I can say also my mood improved a bit but this sensation in my stomach and other (the hidden one) is just unbearable! I hate taking tablets but my stomach pain/hurt goes only if I take Famotidine.
