Hey everyone!
To illustrate the D of the poster in my office, here is an extract of “Think and Grow Rich” from Napoleon Hill where he states one of the 30 causes of failure:
“ 9. LACK OF PERSISTENCE. Most of us are good “Starters” but poor “finishers” of everything we begin. Moreover, people are prone to give up at the first signs of defeat. There is no substitute for PERSISTENCE. The person who makes PERSISTENCE hos watch-word, discovers that “Old Man Failure” finally becomes tired, and makes his departure. Failure cannot cope with PERSISTANCE. ”

Andre thanks that was good and we need to keep on keeping on. You know if we don't stop and even if we make mistake and fail, fail forward and keep moving. I used to teach cosmetology and I would tell my students that when you make a mistake, learn from it and I can almost bet you will never to that again, just don't let it stop you.
