Today I want to express a huge thank you to all the people who supported me through out the program specially my beautiful family. Without your support I couldn’t had done it. In 30 days I hit highs and lows, specially adapting to a new dietary routine was rough. Between dealing with family, work, pets, creating & maintaining a website, mood swings & kung fu classes it was a very hectic journey. In which it helped me to develop discipline & courage to face all those everyday challenges.
I cannot lie the cravings and missing out of fast foods goodies such as Chinese Food (my ultimate fast food craving ever) it was pretty rough. But I never gave up on refocusing on my goal to become healthier & maintain my weight loss goal. Arbonne’s Healthy Living program was easy to follow and has lots of resources available to help you out during the transitions of your high and lows.
So far I can’t believe my 30 days are over & I lost 10 LBS total. Today I am making the commitment to myself to maintain a healthy living lifestyle to ensure my weight loss journey continues. I feel great and been able to exercise everyday without feeling like a walrus, it’s amazingly rewarding. I’m also now able to curb my cravings & alternate those with healthier choices its great.

At the beginning of this journey I was size 16 and I am currently down to size 10 & able to fit back into my medium size scrubs!. Looking at myself in the mirror and finally realize that I was lost in a world of fast/convenience foods that where depleting my nutrients. Thank you Arbonne for giving me the tools to become healthier & able to teach my family to become advocates of a healthy living lifestyle.
