copyright image baiting
I just saw this on Facebook and thought I would share from a blogger; the cost of copyright laws and Google Images and tricky people who use images to trap and charge others. Just goes to show use free stock websites or make your own.

I only use free sites, or my own mostly however if I am writing about wedding designers sometimes use there's and give the attribute to them
I found a tip(from a millionaire) when on Google to go to Usage rights and chose from the "Labeled for reuse" section, but this sort of incident scares me.
I posted this on Facebook and mentioned a couple of friends one who is a seasoned in the media industry(TV, sound and photo) and one that is a new photographer. And they sure got into a Bruhaha over right and wrong.
I personally think it's a version of Baiting but the Media artist was quite frank that if you steal it for monetary gain you deserve what you get. But I've also watched her complain about employment ads that boast that the work will be great for your portfolio but they won't pay you anything so I understand her frankness/bitterness.

WOW. Definitely good that she settled out of court. I was married to a lawyer for 15 years and the only one who get money from going to court are the lawyers!
Yes, that's what kept my aunt and uncle from contesting my grandmother's will when they found out it would come out of their part of the inheritance they shut up.

It's definitely some scary stuff that some would intentionally bait people by putting something where it doesn't belong like on a green pepper on a travel website so it gets a higher google image ranking just to track down anyone who posts it just to sue them for profit.

Whenever I've built websites I've always stopped google from indexing the photographs because of this reason. This way your pics never show up on google search engine results to be used/stolen by anyone else.
How do you do that?? I'm not a complete newbie but close enough.
