7 Days And Still Moving Forward
A month ago, I utterly failed to set up a working business and lost quite a bit of money. I now understand why. I didn't like the niche I was promoting and I realise the importance of doing what we love even though it might take a little longer.
Manga before WA
Before WA, I would never think of putting my opinions of anime/manga out there for the world to see. At my age, most people would have outgrown cartoons and comics but even after 10 years, my love for anime and manga grew. I was ashamed and made it a point to mention it to others like myself who are sorting out their adulting life that I wasn't that interested but it wasn't true at all.
Choosing Manga as My Niche
It wasn't a hard decision. I knew a lot about manga and I loved it so contents creation and promotion wouldn't be chore like with my previous business. I knew lots of friends who liked manga too so I had corroboration. Deep in my heart, I knew turning this into something lucrative wouldn't be instant. If I wanted to do something I loved, I had to forego instant results.
7 Days and Still Moving Forward
It's been 7 days since I set up my website and I love it! Writing about the things you love can be a motivational drug. I just want to create more and more. I couldn't be happier and I hope to be this happy in the months to come.
My One Year Goal
I mentioned in my goals that I plan to spend one year building up my website and I plan to keep doing that. I love what I write and I will be making updates every month or so because this is the first time I decided to take a leap of faith and do what I love instead of what others think.

Darling, I am 44 years old and I dare anybody to talk shit to me about my love of cartoons and anime.
I pay extra money so my little one can watch the same cartoons I grew up with. They don't make them like that anymore.
Passion for your niche is required and if you are happy doing anime, then rock that.

You have a wonderful niche. It provides you with instant access to a huge fan base. I think sharing your blogs in that community will build great traffic.
When people see how great your website is and how captivating your blogs are they will want to know how are you able to do that.
