The Blogging Episodes by Alpha KoR S01E01
Okay, I would like to say hello and welcome!
This is my first blog and I haven't planned, at all, what I intend to talk about. Considering that these blog posts will only really get viewed by those passing through my WA profile. I'm sure that it will be absolutely fine to just let the river of thoughts flow through.
I suppose I will use this blogging thing, as a means to understand what my own thought activities are and as a progressive reference to my endeavour on taking control of my life.
It's strange, isn't it? Most of us (or at least I assume) are subjected to the idea. We get an education, from schools, in order for us to nail a job we will spend doing until we are too old to work and are forced to retire. I mean there are different ways at looking at this cycle, but generally it kinda works out all the same.
See this is where I have found a flaw within my personality. I am constantly in the education stage. I take on board so much information and knowledge, that once I feel I have collected enough (which it never is). I move on to the next interesting thing.
I suppose this is why I have found an undying interest and fascination within making money online, because I could potential take the knowledge I have collected together, and share the small amount, I know lots of, to someone who wants to know. Then potentially point them in a direction where they can learn even more (the part I don't chase) for money.
Now, as much as it sounds feasible. Another flaw in my personality is the ability to think... and the amount of it, heavily. I have had many people in my time tell me, I should be a philosopher, but I can't say I actually agree with their trade (thinking of crap and turning it into shit). How does a philosopher make money? To me I can only assume it would be made through; book, seminars; consultations, etc. All of which, I'm sure, I'd be good at, but can't seem to find interest in. Well, at the moment, at least.
This flawed ability to over-think, mixed with my attributed ability to be very creative. Makes a huge mess of my situation. I believe, I fully understand how money is made online. So, much so, I could teach it to someone and have them make money from my teachings. 'So, why don't I do it?' I hear you ask. Good question. I shall tell you.
If, you could step into my mind while I'm having a string of thought seizures, you will find that as one idea is born, and a journey of this idea is occurring. Before I can get to the conclusion of the original idea, another 10 have been born and as far as I'm aware, my mind starts creating paths for these ideas. Before I know it, I have created a million strings of ideas. Some connecting to others, some conflicting with others. Some just randomly blowing around in the emptiness.
It is usually at this point, that I can hear a loud, reverberating 'STOP!'... followed by a calm and together, 'write it down, work on what you have in front of you. Don't try and invent it inside of your head, thinking it will manifest'.
I'll usually giggle and laugh to myself, at this point remembering the quote from Mark Twain. "A Man With An Idea Is A Fool... Until That Idea Succeeds".
Well, I suppose using this blogging thing will be my way of listening to myself. Write it down, and work on it from the paper. Almost like a brainstorm, or mind map. Both, of which, I have not had much practice with.
So, before I end this blog. I would like to ask those patient enough to have read up to this point. Have you any suggestions?... Tips and Tricks. On how I can help myself, take the crazy over crowded thoughts, and turn them into true able-to-follow blueprints?
I would love to hear your thoughts!

Well, my friend, that is a fair bit of writing. When you write 'STOP!' you are correct.
I am very like you in my thought patterns too. I tend to think all over the place and always tried to remember what it was that I was going to do, say or work on.
YES!! Do like I do. Keep a notebook handy and write down EVERYTHING you think of when you're working. You never know when those little notes may be the start of something massive.
That's how I figured out my niche and college sites by just reading back over my notes every now and then.
Suggestions, tips and tricks? That's easy. Keep everything tight, concise and to the point with maybe a bit of background or history, and you will see that many of us will be following you, like I am.
BTW. When you post a blog or article, we get notification of that, if we have notifications turned on. That's how I tagged you today. Keep on going and you will do fine. Questions are always welcomed and, hopefully answered.
Ian
My two best suggestions (as I also suffer from "Strings of Thought Seizures") are:
Jot down three or four out of each seizure and see if there is any semblance of cohesion among them to turn into a post.
Or have you tried mind-mapping (spider-web of thoughts as I call it) to try and sift your ideas?
(Both of these have worked for me depending on the stream of consciousness occurring at the moment.)
And now I'm off to talk with some Friends. During the conversation I'm probably going to borrow the phrase "String of Thought Seizures" it's a perfect description!
I agree with Ian below, make notes through your day and then assemble them into something useful :)
