My Thoughts:
One of the biggest downfalls for me has been FOCUS.
A flood of ideas come to my head causing me to set too many goals and create multiple plans With so many plans and goals, none are completed or at least, done as well as I had intended.
Nightingale's quotes have reminded me to re frame my thinking.
