Just discovered a great Photo Resizer and Optimizer
Great photos bring a website/blog to life but you don't want them to S..L..O..W.. everything way down so it's like watching paint dry!
I'm quite impressed with the latest online free photo resizer I've discovered:
It will crop your photos and rotate, compress, resize and make the background transparent. But at the same time it keeps the quality sharp.
Here's 2 more resizers I use:

I find my photos at Pixabay and Flickr (commercial use and mods allowed - I acknowledge the photographer and that it is creative commons).
And to have a lot of fun I go to Befunky for designer templates and photo editing...
So now it's up to you to get creative!

Thanks so much. I also use Canva for all my featured images for my website and for Facebook and Pinterest. Hope that helps. Cheers, Alisa
Hi, Alisa, very interesting and thanks for sharing.
I use gimp for manipulating images and tinypng for compressing them but I'll certainly give your suggestions a try.
Hi Harry - thanks for your list - some more goodies! Here's another: http://picresize.com. Cheers :)
