The advantages of Google+
I have learned a whole lot about G+. What an Amazing resource. I think it is a much better tool for me than Facebook.
I started out with face book only wanting to connect with friends and family so I have resisted using it like as a marketing tool.
I still refuse to use Facebook for marketing purposes. I can honestly say that I know all of my friends and want to keep it that way. Other people can have thousands of friends but I think this kind of thinking is slowly changing the meaning of the term "friend". I do like the fact that Face book lets you make as many pages as you want for your business or other endeavors, although I am still learning how to use them efficiently. I have found that G+ is much more straight forward. You can target your audience much easier and like Facebook pages you can create circles for your business. G+ has been a lot easier to use and I don't have to feel like I am blasting my family and friends. I have realized that building circled is an awesome way to grow my business using my personal profile. I love having control over who sees my post's.
I have connected with many people here at WA and love the richness of the information that my circles provide me,especially the people here at WA!

Good advice Tom.
I use both,
I am not a big fan of Facebook, and actually have two accounts, one without my middle name I use for personal family stuff, and one with my middle name I use for business.
It works pretty good at no bombing your family members.
Google+ does seem to be put together much better. It's easier to manage and not so restrictive.
Just as a note, did you know that you can go to your Facebook page and click on the little gear icon at the top right (settings) and say "Use Facebook as [your page name]"? This will allow you to follow other pages and comment as that page. It can help a lot.

Your posts on G+ are being indexed too and fast. I always post my blog posts from here on Facebook and Google+ and I noticed a Google Search will find the G+ post as well with the keywords typed into Google Search.
