Well I had goals to meet today but guess what happened? My day started with putting a roast in the slow cooker for dinner bombers! Yum! Ok Then my football team was playing and it was a great game! Packers beat the bears! That in itself makes for a good day. My yard was not looking good so I had to mow the lawn and it was like in the 80's. Then we took the kids for a walk and now I am thinking I have already done to much today so I am sitting back having a glass of wine and watching another foot ball game. Ok its a tough life but I will get back to my goals tomorrow! Happy Sunday all

Yeah I've been watching football with my dad since elementary school. My mom use to watch it, But not to much anymore.

It"s not as bad, but i still get attacks. Especially when the weather changes. I was sick all week last week.

I just gave someone advice I told them to write out there goals and try and check them off one at a time...now can I follow my own advice!

I know, sometimes it's hard to stick to your goals. You write them down and the unexpected happens and throws you off your game plan. Happens to me to often.
