80 to 60!
Well today was one of those wonderful days in Wisconsin where it goes from 86* to the mid 60* in about ten minutes! Luckily for me we went to the gym early then out for lunch and then the beach for about one and a half hours it was wonderful . We walked on the nice sandy beach then around the park. Finally along the marina to look at the wonderful boats....Some of them are huge and must cost tons of money. We left in time to miss the fast change of temperature . It has now chilled down and at least I still had WA to come and chat with my friends and help a few people. With the chill down I am still hoping to start on my week goals tomorrow, and hopefully will post my results soon. Just being here each day and helping a few folks and adding some inspiration makes it all worthwhile...Making one of my special dinners tonight homemade lasagna, the kids are all happy! Have a great night and see you when the sun comes up!

AAH, I remember when i first came to WA you mentioned you where gonna make homemade lasagna, And i told you the only lasagna i ever ate was the frozen kind. Someday I'll learn how to make it. Enjoy Alan:)
Its not hard I should write a recipe I just do it from scratch so its a bit different each time but always good! Its all about how you make the sauce and I use fresh tomato's onions garlic peppers and mushrooms p;lus spices and either ground beef or turkey
Sounds wonderful Alan.
OMG Now I'm hungry lol. Well if you ever write the recipe, Please let me know. Have a good one Alan:)
I can and if you really want it I will send it to you
Thanks...
Yes Please, I would love to make it.
Sure I don't do this for everyone but I will do it for you!
AAAWW That's so kind of you:)
Its my pleasure!
