Today I didn't want to do anything...
I started the day fairly normally, with energy, but flagged as the day went on.
Then I thought about it. The training is in bite sized pieces. We really do do one step at a time to build the website. I haven't even got to the point where I make content.
I can do one step of the training. So I did. I don't have to do any more. I don't have to feel overwhelmed. I made a promise to go one step at a time, and if today I can only do one step, then one step it is.
