Are you accountable?

I have a question for everyone on WA.

Do you hold yourself accountable for your businesses success? If so how do you do it? What works for you? What doesn't?

If you try to hold yourself accountable but you keep falling through the cracks time after time, what are some reasons you think this happening? What are your fears and concerns regarding your business or holding yourself accountable for it's success? What problems are you facing in holding yourself accountable?

I ask these questions because I know at some point ALL of us say we're going to do all these great things, but most of us rarely achieve the greatness we say we will, sometimes we fear success, sometimes we get lazy, sometimes we just don't know where to take our next step forward because there is no step by step course to light our way when we're struggling.

I'd like everyone to share what stops them from holding themselves accountable, what their fears and problems are with accountability, I feel this will help everyone else come to a realisation about things and hopefully we can help each other by holding each other accountable and creating progress :)
