Images not posting when I share my posts. Anyone know why that would be?

When I share my posts on Facebook, Google+ and twitter it does not automatically pull the picture. It was doing it before and then stopped. Could it be a plugin? Any tech savvy people on here that might know how I can fix this. Here is a screen shot of what I get. Very frustrating and I am sure when others share the post this is what is being shared. When I would share before it would automatically pull a image from post and now this is what it is doing. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks WA for all your help. The more pictures they have to pull from your page to use in a link, the more opportunities the web has to use pictures to pull from. Pictures, pictures, pictures. Links to pictures. Links to content with header images. Pictures, pictures, pictures. :)

This same problem is happening to me. I worked hard to solve it before but now it's happening again and I forgot how I solved it. Can someone given me some instructions please?
