For many years and yes even today at times fear has me frozen in time.

To afraid to let go and take a chance in this beautiful life of ours.

Life was no longer beautiful as it was clouded with spotted clouds of what could be.

Fear is not for the faint of heart as it is known for breaking dreams into thousand pieces.

Reality and fiction becomes intertwine as one fights their inner demons.

Take it from me their is nothing to fear except death as it is truly the end.

"Don't dream you life, live your dream."

Hi Fran,
Love reading your posts, mostly edifying, however I must disagree with the second to last paragraph.Death is not truly the end, but a transition.
Have a blessed day and keep writing.
Arundel

Thank you Arundel!

I'm glad that you enjoy reading my posts I also hope you find them inspirational, and helpful. Yes I agree somewhat with your take on death it is a transition of some sort. One we all must go through some day. Yes thank you I will continue to write (content is king) enjoy your weekend. :)

Great!

Thanks a lot. :)

Amen.

Indeed Amen.

Awesome.

Thanks. :)

You are welcome.

Francesca,

I repeat your quote:

"Don't dream your life, live your dream."

I always believed in money making opportunities. I started selling greeting cards in the 4th grade to win a bike. I found the ad in the back of a comic book.

Door knocking was a hard business, especially after getting doors slammed in your face. Then I learned how to sell myself instead of the greeting cards.

I would tell people why I wanted the bike. What fun I would have riding it. The exercise I would get from it. I started selling cards after talking about my dream.

Eventually my mother heard my sale pitch and she bought me a bike on my 10th birthday. I learned you get what you want by sharing your dream.

My dream at WA is to have financial freedom. I realized to have that wouldn't take a lot of money. I just want a stream of income that grows on its own so I can concentrate on my volunteer experiences where I can help people like me "get ahead".

I want to talk about my dreams again like I did as a child, a time when I believed anything was possible.

Approaching 50 has brought my childhood back to mind.

Have I lived the life I dreamed of as a child?
Did I accomplish my goals towards my dreams?
Have I never given up hope?

These are the questions I ask myself everyday as I navigate through the murky waters of life.

Thanks for reminding me that it is about our dreams. Life is about fulfilling them.

All the best,

Louisa

Hi Louisa!

Yes I too ponder the same questions and wonder to myself if my younger self ran into me now, what would she say, how would she feel? Yes as children we think we can do anything our hearts desire then life happens. I'm so happy that my post brought you back to your childhood and you began to think of your dreams again. I believe we all are here on WA to fulfill a dream we had since childhood. Best wishes on your online business!

Francesca

Thanks AffF ranE82 for the post.
Sorry, a simpler username or a little nickname would make the answers easier...
Anyways, have a great day
God bless you

Thanks, but I'm not sure I understand.

I meant to say if the name AffFranE82 could be put otherwise or just a little name of yours like Lea or Jane or Alice...
Cheers

Boaz

If you like call me Fran. :)
