Help Center at WA - A Massive Thanks from a Non-techie!
After going through the training module on setting up a Google Sitemap, I received a message from Google about indexing problems, with advice on how to fix them. Immediate reaction- PANIC!! - I've got no idea what it means.
So I start trying to work it out myself before I contact Technical Support. An hour wasted when I could've been writing content.
So I copied the message to Technical Support. Within ONE MINUTE they came back to me to tell me they've updated my sitemap and that it would take a while for Google to crawl it and then the problem is solved.
THE LESSON ?- Use the Help Center. If this isn't worth $50 a month I don't know what is. I can't wait to get Boot Camp done and start promoting WA myself.
And a massive thanks to the real techies for letting me get on with the job of training and writing content.

Site support is excellent Adrian, they solve problems so fast. Although the impossible takes a little longer but they still solve those too.
I'm quickly learning that. It's great to have the back-up there. Got to be a big selling point for existing websites to move to WA.
It is a major thing to have. Other sites can take days to get back to you for the simplest thing.
