I haven't written anything for a while because I am in a bad place. I am trying so hard to get through it and some days are better than others. Trouble is I have no one to talk to. I live in Spain with my husband and my family are in Britain. There are other British people living in the village here, but there is nobody here I can talk to and trust that what I have said in confidence won't be shared to all and sundry, which is what has happened in the past.
I was happy living here and I do want to stay living here, but what is going on politically in the UK has unsettled me. Not knowing what is going to happen and whether we can still live here it is something I think about too much, especially at stupid o'clock in the morning when my brain goes in to over drive, I can't sleep and I end up having to get up.
Sorry, to have gone on, I won't bore you any more, just need to get this off my chest.
