Hi - I replied when you asked in chat yesterday. You have bought credits, so now you need to use those credits to pay for your premium membership. It is not an automatic process, you have to do it yourself. Click on your profile photo, go to account settings and change your payment method to WA credits.

If you are having a tough time buying a membership through your credit card,, you may want to test using credits to purchase your membership.
To do this, you will need to first purchase enough credits for your membership. You can purchase credits here:

Your bank may be blocking your payment for one reason or another. We are a Canadian company (might be international depending on where you live) and often times online transactions are blocked.
I couldn't pay on Apple.com the other day for this very reason, but if you contact your credit card company they should be able to get you sorted.
Sometimes banks or credit cards will just start blocking certain payments without notice, so this could be the issue here.
