Being Stuck In Your Thoughts.
Okay so I must admit, I do tend to get lost in my thoughts at times, when I'm looking at something I like, wondering what to cook for dinner or simply just reading a book. Reading a book is what gets me deep in my thoughts.
I once read an entire series, of about 7 books, the first one was (Hush Hush), which is the main name of course. But what I'm getting at here is that I've spent hours reading without trying to lose focus on the story. My mind was dugg so deep into that book, that I read the entire series Within A Week! that I didn't know what was real and what was not anymore. The world around you disappears.
Finding something that makes you feel this way is so wonderful, you know ? But sometimes, I guess, it can also be a curse, because you forget to do certain things you were suppose to do, Oh Right! Cooking! Cleaning! Noticing my baby's getting restless, which I tottaly did not focus on at all!
Getting back to reality after being in your deepest thoughts about something you love is very difficult, but life does go on. And remember, there is always a next time and all the times after that to do things you love doing.
Is It a Good or Bad thing to be lost in your own thoughts?
One thing you can't do is staying stuck in your thoughts, due to feeling sad about something. Being in your thoughts can mean something good as Well, and not something bad. I know people that have anixety and depression overthink alot, but they are so stuck in their minds that they don't know how to get out, because the Will Power is not there. So I think being in your thoughts can be something good as well. Where else will you go to feel free?
Well I guess it's back again to reality for me. Started thinking about reading a book again. Such a bad idea at the moment.

I love reality and I think people think too much instead of doing
