The plethora of dependency on systems designed to promote social conformity is stifling creativity and innovation. We are eager to move along the conformity pathway. We nolonger adhere to the ingenious phrase, "To Thy Own Self Be True"

There appears to be a lack of intuitive thinking and ingenuity. We have forgotten our unique attributes, as we seek conformity and crave acceptance in modern society

The enablers of success and growth lives in our minds. In our uniqueness. They are inherent but lie deep within us. On the other hand, our present circumstance and the enablers of conformity are ever present on the surface. They surround us.

Breaking that surface barrier and digging within is not easy. It requires certain attributes, mindset and awareness. The WA community has helped restore my focus to what makes me different. I am happy for this rediscovery.

Thank you WA's

Hi 3tripleA,
I am glad you found your distinctiveness. We are equal as a human being but each one of us has a uniqueness that might be the reason for our life.
Success and congratulations for your finds.

Finding one's tribe is great. It liberates in so many ways. Thanks for stopping by, much - appreciated

Nice post. How true. We all are unique, and shouldn't be afraid or intimidated by being different or being ourselves, even if it goes against the grain of society and social acceptance. Dare to be different and make a difference!

Daring to be different is a great challenge. In the words of Theodore Roosevelt, we are men in the arena and won't be tamed. Thanks for stopping by, much - appreciated as always.

How true! Nice quote. How fitting.

Great post. Having us conform is deeply embedded in all our systems and there is so much effort and studies going into how to manipulate our thinking, so we can effectively be controlled and there are no "free thinkers."

I am often amazed at how easy we agree to conform and accept foolish laws and regulations that perpetuate deep inequality and injustices. They things are normalized and this takes place very subtly, so that we hardly even recognize what is taking place.

If we truly knew how powerful our minds are, we could no longer be controlled into wasting time doing involved with such nonsense and doing pointless things, essentially getting us nowhere.

Free thinkers are not conducive to capitalist ideals and values, that allow only a select few to benefit at the top. No conformity and acceptance, while instilling fear, is where it's at, if the status quo is to remain as so.

The education system, teaches us at a very early age, to accept things and not question why things are so. Not to be critical thinkers and analyzers. The media, which is owned by the select few, bombard us with advertising, perfection, making us not feel good enough and needing these useless products.

Fashion, having to fit in and have the latest styles, are for people who desperately want to feel valuable and lack such self love and understanding that they will do whatever it takes, to replace this empty feeling with something that makes them worthwhile and beautiful.

Up until not too long ago, in Canada, at least, they stopped putting fluoride into our water supply. I'm not sure if they are still doing this in other parts of the world, probably so. Anyways, fluoride is very toxic and have a bad effect on our mental capacities and over sense of well-being.

Fluoride immobilizes our pineal gland and cuts us off from understanding our true reality. There are still other things they are putting into our water system today that are negatively impacting our ability to use our minds.

As well, the vaccines, they are giving out today are causing us to be cut off from our real selves. These vaccines contain very toxic and harmful chemicals, and we are all required to get these in the developed world.

The fumes from our vehicles, are very toxic and we all drive around not seeing this invisible gas, and how it is making us feel lethargic and depressed. We pay for this and do it to ourselves. We cannot be very intelligent it seems.

If we are all too busy just trying to survive, because we are one paycheck from out on the street, as well, if we have small children dependent on us, then how are we to have the energy to make any changes?

The police force was created by the Rich royals, back in the day, as a way to keep the poor people in line and not to overthrow them. Our jails and legal system have effectively kept us in line and living in fear, if we get too out of order. Do you know that the government here in Canada, made it illegal for Indigenous peoples to hire a lawyer to deal with land claims in the 1970's?

Our last Indian Residential school only closed down in 1996's. These torture facilities, used to try and stop us from being free. Now the government is saying how sorry they are for what they did and blah blah blah.. Bulls**! They are pleased with what they have done and continue to do, and we are no longer free. We need their money now and they love it.

We are dependent on all their systems, their banks, their governments, taxes, food, everything we do, we do for them and they love that. We even pay to be bombarded with advertisements and have their consumerist holidays so we can buy buy buy, and get lots of useless sh**!

But there are lots of us free thinkers out there still, who see through all this. We just need to come together and realize our power in uniting and overcome feeling separate and in competition with one another and conforming.

Awesome insight Jackie. I hope you are keeping in touch with the England half of the family. Thanks for stopping by, much - appreciated as always.

I just know that if we were all the same, life would certainly be boring. :)

Yes, it's so easy to fall in line. Knowing our unique selves and value is sometimes a lifetime journey...but certainly worth the effort.
