After reading some of the comments below... Go to Facebook Object Debugger, paste in your URL in question and click on the "Fetch new scrape information" button. This will re-fetch your posts' info.

Ervin, I appreciate the additional feedback. Thank you.

Thanks and oops, I forgot to paste the link:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/

Thank you for the link. Question...Will I lost the comments to the post if I decide to use Facebook Object Debugger?

Awesome - even the developer didn't say that. So, good to know!

No, you won't loose anything. This page doesn't alter your data. It simply re-fetches the data about your site into the Facebook database. So it is harmless and beneficial :)

You are welcome.

This fetch is one of the two things I do immediately after posting a new post.

The second is 'Fetch as Google' inside the Google Webmaster Tools. But you have to have GWT set up for your site before you can use it. There are several tutorials about it here at WA.

That's great to know. You're so helpful. Thank you.

Yes, I have my GWT set up. Now I can apply this to the Google+. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend!

Looks like you're covered here

I do. Thank you.

Yes, I wrote about it. I'll get the links...Here they are:

Toni, thank you. I appreciate your help.

Toni, I tried what you wrote in Part 1 and it worked in Facebook. I haven't tried it in Google+ yet. Thanks a lot for your feedback.

You should be ok unless you already filled their cache files with the bubble man image. In short, it may just be a waiting game now.

I also took this opportunity to update my second article that talked about sharing the "home" page of one's blog. It's been so long since I tried it, that it finally cleared out of Facebook's cache. It only shows the image it's supposed to show now. So, he's gone! And, you're welcome. That's what we're here for!

The first post still has the bubble man. I'm not sure if I can delete it and repost with the right image. Once again thank you.

Yes, because that's what it picked up the first time. I do not think it will change simply because that was the snapshot it took at that moment in time. If you were to delete it, you may still have to wait until Facebook clears their cache. But, it's easy to check, just wait it out for a few weeks, then try to re-post and see which image it picks up. I don't know how long is needed. I meant to try the home page pic again after only a week to see if that was "enough time," but I forgot so it was well cleared out of their cache when I tried it again earlier this afternoon.

Toni, I appreciate the additional feedback. I'm having second thought about deleting it because I already have comments to the post.
Thank you.

yes... I'd leave it alone...

Thank you.

Do you have a theme or a plugin that supports OpenGraph tags? These tags tell Facebook what content and images should be used with your post.

Ervin, thanks for responding. I'm not sure if the theme has it. I did a bit of research regarding this problem and found out that the image's size is at least 900 pixels for Facebook. My posts' images are 150 x 150 pixels.
Regards,
Alma

The size can be smaller. One of my sites has featured images of 435x235 and they show on Facebook without problems. But 150x150 is a bit small, yes.

Does your theme support bigger featured image sizes?

I think it does. I reduced the size of the image to speed up the loading of the page. Large images tend to slow the loading time. Maybe, I'll use a large image when I share and after that reduce the size. What do you think?
