Who are your Users
All website builders have one thing in common and that is their readers. Knowing your audience is very important for a better engagement with your readers. Here are some pointers to consider before and after you build your site.
1. Ask the Question: Who are my readers or users?
A. Are they male or female?
b.How old are they?
c. Do they have kids or Grandkids?
d. Where do they live?
e. Do they live in the City?
f. Do they live in a Rural Area?
g. What do they want to get out of your website?
h. What's their goal?
i. Do they like it?
j. Do they hate it?
This gives us a bit of an idea of their day to day life and
where your website fits into that.
What are their Culture background literacy and education level.
You need to identify that so you can write content based on
their traits.

2. Disability access issues
a. Barriers to accessing content
3. Personas
a. have a personality that is memorable
b. Image/name
c. goals
d. content writers don't think like our users
e. needs and goals
