Before building your website it is a good idea to consider the reason for users visiting your website by using the 5 W's; Who, What, Where, Why, When, and how.

b. What are they trying to get out of my website.
c. What makes it a successful visit for them.
d. How can we help them along the journey?

3. Use Analytics Websites
a. What is the statistics of your website?
1. Who is visiting
2. What pages do they go to?
3. Where are they from
4. What device are they accessing your website?
b. Website analytics can
1. measure the number of visits to your site
2. measure pages and bounce rate
3. know when people leave your site by percentages
also new visitors and returning visitors.
C. Do an information survey about your users
1. Why have they come here?
2. What are your goals?
3. Did you like what you found?
D. Create Persona
