Some of us, me not included, are really good at marketing on social media. The people who embraced Facebook from the beginning and are familiar with it's structure and culture are the ones to whom engaging with strangers in idle chit chat comes as naturally as breathing.

Others, myself especially never got into social media on any level except like in my case having a Facebook account that I might look at 2 or 3 times a year. So we have to find other methods of driving traffic to our websites and affiliate offers.

enough so that we are making something until the devil Google reaches up from cyber hell and screws us by changing their algorithm.

But Somehow We Will Survive

I don't know about you but for me marketing on social media is as easy as herding cats

But /still I shan't give up. I think that may be the first time I have ever used the word shan't. I've been looking into ways to use Tic Toc. I have seen some things that make me think that it's a doable think. Maybe if Roope would do a good training on it some of us would learn something useful.

Yeah, I know that image is a bit abstract but does anybody else see the resemblance to the Chevrolet bow tie logo?

Is YouTube a social media or just a video platform? I started downloading some of the videos I like, adding my own affiliate link and reuploading back to YouTube. Not trying to get traffic to my vids but I put the relevent ones in my email to further enhance my chances. I don't think anybody will sue me for that if they even notice.

By the way give me a big pat on the back, The ladies can even kiss me. Today I got my first referral for an email list building program. Made $24 but that's recurring every month. Not a lot of money but I feel like it's the first of many, Oh, and I also made another $1.20. Even when somebody clicks but doesn't buy anything they pay you forr the clicks; I don't know what they do with them but as long as they pay it's all coo.

I'm still planning on doing an audio blog here, Was going to open with me playing the rhythm of a song and singing, then switching to a backing track while I play the solo.

I want to do it in a smooth take without having to stop and switch things but it's only me I don't have a producer to throw the right switches, cue me about whatever the producer cues the talking talent about and fade the music so I can begin talking just as the opening song fades out.

And if editing is needed to do the editing better than I could so any blips are unnoticeable. With the technology we have now I don't know if the producer has to be in the same room with me, Or even in the same country.

Can anybody do that? If you can;t Don't Lie To Me

Social media is tough for many of us, Neil. I'm with you on that. But it looks like you are moving through it!
Congratulations on the win!

And yes, try the audio blog here-- it sounds like fun!
