One aspect that plays a major part in this is the age of your website. Google views all new sites with suspicion for the first few months as this is the period in which most sites are abandoned. Therefore Google will be reluctant to rank any of your posts highly until you have shown your authority in a subject.

Aim for 3 high-quality posts per week, but be aware that it will probably take at least 3 months to see any income, and more realistically it will be 6 months.

This is such a difficult question to answer as it relies on so many things. I would say don't even focus on earning anything and just create amazing content that will help your readers, follow the training in WA and the money will come...

Hi - yes you can hire writers, but this is an expensive route to take. A good quality writer can cost $50 per 1000 words. You can try platforms such as Fiverr and Freelancer.com where the writers are cheaper, but you get what you pay for, and you need a way of checking that they are not sending you copied and pasted content.

The best way is to hire writers to write for you. This is an obvious trade-off here you gain more time but it costs your money.

Look at places like Fiverr.com get samples of their work and be specific on the keywords you want them to include in the article.

Books on Amazon are can be profitable if not listed read free with their services. I would recommend books that have to be paid for even when online to make sure you earn commissions. If approved for Google Adsense or Infolinks, you can still earn money by monetization of a book recommendation.

Any noun, especially a proper noun, can be an affiliate link. So that includes book titles, audio books, journals, etc. Just don't only use Amazon, as they have the lowest commissions and shortest cookie length. There are many other online book sellers out there. You can find them by searching "Books" in the Affiliate Programs tab.
