Hey man, Kyle and Carson are super busy so that's the slower way to get tech help. The support responds in literally 5 minutes dude so worth going that route.
Also, this might not be it.. but don't ever include ' in the file name for any uploads. I had a similar issue and that was the casue. Foe example:
( filename's ) will NOT work
( filename ) will work
That may not be it, but quick fix if it is. Cheers

Keywords go in your title, and then in the leading paragraph and continue to write naturally from there. This is all covered in the training.
