All those hobbies can produce nice niches. What you like most can make a good niche and its easy when building your website content.
Pick the niche you feel most passionate about or want to learn more about. If you pick something that will sustain your interest you will be excited to keep working on it

Hi! How far have you progressed so far in the course? Like Kyle said LITERALLY anything can be a niche.
For me, I chose something that I'm passionate about. Reason being, that I'm knowledgeable about it, I can write about it forever. I love backpacking on the cheap and travelling the world. So I chose backpacking travel as my niche.
Your hobbies can absolutely become a niche. You say you like cooking? You can narrow that down even further (these would all be niches): vegeterian cooking, diabetic cooking, you're a student so I'm sure you could even gear towards cheap dishes marketed towards students, sugar free cooking, fat free cooking, fast/quick meals.....etc. Those would all be niches!
With working out niches would be, losing weight, gaining muscle, yoga, pilates, running, rowing, swimming, focusing on a particular body part (how to get a 6 pack) etc.
Diet niches would be; for heart health, lowing cholesterol, gaining more energy, paleo, vegan, vegeterian, dairy-free, gaining muscle, losing weight. etc. All niches!
I really hope this helps. You could have a very particular interest just like me and there are plenty of people who are out there interested in the same thing. My biggest tip is to choose something you genuinely have an interest in. It's very motivating and enjoyable!
