There is no upsell to this service, all you need to do is fill out the "Join Now" form and get started. Me personally and the whole WA community are there then to help you get your own business up and running.
Third, you need to decide what "niche" you want to enter and provide articles on the internet and sell related products. The niche is the topic your website will relate to. This is something you have to decide yourself and is quite essential. WA has a lot of tips and training on how to find your perfect niche. (For Free).
Last but not least, you will have to create great content, articles for your website. Your success lays in your own hands your critics is a mass of 4 billion internet users that are interested in your content or not. I got premium member after about three weeks and thanks to Kyle and Carson was still allowed the discount of $19.00 the first month. Today, after about eight months I have two websites working, 103 posts/pages published, 440 comments and already a few sells.
My two websites are both ranked by Google, I have clicks and avg. position of 10.5 with one site and 47.8 with the one I neglected the last two months.
I can tell you, this was some hours of work. If you are willing to invest your time in training and writing you will see success. If you need money right away and get upset if that won't work, don't try.
This accomplishment was only possible with the help of many people within the "WA community". The great and unique thing about WA is, that we all work together. There are about 800'000 members today and all of us have the same goal, selling stuff on the net.

When working with the Wealthy Affiliate program you have to different ways to earn money from home. One is called the "affiliate marketing" You sell stuff you do not own but act as a promoter. The other one is almost the same but you reduce to one product which is the Wealthy Affiliate program its self.
Affiliate Marketing
First off, you do as I explained above and create a website of your own choice and sell topic related products. You choose a niche, create a website and write content within which you promote products.
Example: Your website is about "model racing cars". You write an article, blog, about a nice Ferrari model, show some related pics, check where these models are for sale, get affiliate partner with the company and add a link to the website selling the models.
I quickly checked this one, and found out, that eBay, Amazon, and Ferrari sells these models. I would now check Amazon first or eBay. You do this by searching for "Amazon Affiliate Program" in Google search. Then you get invited to join the affiliate partner program. Next, you fill all the forms, ( Amazon has quite a lot) and wait for the confirmation.
Before applying to affiliate programs it is good to have a running website already posting the three main pages (Homepage, privacy policy, about me) and a few posts. ( learn details within the first training steps of WA)
While waiting for Amazon or eBay to respond you continue writing more interesting posts. Your job is to provide helpful information to the internet that Google or other search engines are interested distributing.
Once you get approved by Amazon you look for the Ferrari model in question and post the link to the Amazon sells page within your website. If now anyone finds your article about the Ferrari model by searching the net and clicks to buy the model on your website you will earn a percentage of the sells price.
This is how affiliate marketing works and this market is today worth billions of dollars.

This is quite similar to the first option only that here you reduce the selection of products you sell to one product which is Wealthy Affiliate itself.
