The limit depends on how many people ask for comments. It will also depend on the topics that you mentioned that you were interested in.

As for getting paid to post comments at WA and the limit to how much you can make, officially, there's no limit to how much you can make per day so far you can choose as many interests as you can. But Make sure you leave valuable and authentic comments at all times lest you lose your certified commenter status. Thanks for asking!

I have exchanged 20 "cash credits" for 10 USD, but I don't see anything on my PayPal account...
Payments are released on the first of the month, so if you have $10, and your minimum payout is set to $10, then you’ll receive it on Jan 1, 2019.

Just wanted to clear things up that there are TWO types of credits.
COMMUNITY
and
CASH
Community credits can be used for services in WA. Cash can be exchanged for money.
You can only transfer "cash credits" to your PayPal account and then pay your membership fee with PayPal. Community credits are good to ask for comments or feedback.
If you click on the "w" on the top menu, you will see a slider that will let you transfer cash credits to your PayPal account. These are paid on the first of the month.

I actually did not receive my payment yet either. They (WA) are on PST as they are situated in Vancouver. So it's only 4:35 am there
WA has never missed a payment in the 13 years they are in business, be patient, it will come to you today! 🙂
