Yeah, I think I mentioned to you that my mom is a nurse, but she is also a fairly recent insurance broker too.
So I do a lot of that for my mom's online insurance company...I'm her pro bono, advertising agency, office manager, tech consultant, bookkeeper, and just all-around do boy...lol!
And before anyone asks me what a do boy is; you know it's, hey boy, can you do this, can you do that...Hahaha!
I love her though, so I'll always do whatever I can to help her :)

Hi Zach, I'm not having any problems with logging into to WA or anything of the nature you are having. I have been on the platform all day, nothing is slow, and all is working well. My suggestion is to log out cache your browser and then log back in. The browser can be cleared then see if anything changes after that. Make sure you are using just one window and close all the other browser windows.
Yeah, it's funny, usually, the first things I do is restart the device, clear the cache, and try a different browser, but just panicked a little bit and I guess my mind kinda spaced out...Haha
Thanks again for your help, Brenda :)
That's so often the solution, along with the Microsoft answer to most issues: turn the computer off and then on again.
Haha, yeah, usually those are the first things I do, but as mentioned a minute ago, sometimes I can be a dodo bird, knucklehead, etc...lol.
No issues here. Maybe try restarting your machine. When basic functions stop working, sometimes a simple restart or trying a different browser is all you need :)
Haha,
I don't know if it will work, but that is usually the first thing I try in such instances, restarting my device.
But I didn't even think of doing that this time...lol
I'm going to try it now, wish me luck.
I'll let y'all know how it turns out, especially since, if not I'll still need Kyle's help...Haha.
Thank you, Eric :)
No prob! You might also try yelling โFASTERโ into your computer speakers lol jk take care man ๐๐๐ผ๐ฏ
Hahaha,
I tried, but like all the other Inanimate objects in my life, it didn't listen...lol
Seriously though, I restarted my computer and I know it helped some for sure, but it still seems a little slow, but it could just be my imagination...Haha
I'm going to close and open up a few things from WA to see if it's straightened out.
Thanks again for your help, bud :)
No issues here, Zach!
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
Thanks Abie!
I tried a different browser, as you mentioned, but no luck.
Kyle commented also and I responded, am waiting to hear back.
I cannot reproduce on my end, but is this something that you have just started experiencing? What browser are you using, and what is your current connection speed.
Check:

And it will give you your current download speed with your internet access.
Hey, Kyle,
Thanks for taking the time to respond.

I'm using Google chrome.
I tried logging in from a different browser, but at first, it said oops, we ran into a problem and didn't log in, but when I went back I was able to log in there and here, but it's taking a really long time.
Also, I'm using the same internet provider as always, I haven't changed anything.
Again, thanks for the help!

Hey Everyone,
I changed my site to a static page with a homepage & posts page (blog).
So, I gave my posts page (blog page) a name.
However, when I go t
Hello, it's me again :)
I just wanted to update everyone on what's happened.
Well, I managed to redo my website and create my posts page without the title "Archives" showing up at the top using Elementor Pro.
The posts page without the Archives title was a little tricky.
First off, most people on the internet were showing how to create a custom Archives page (posts page), although, they didn't really say how to activate it as your posts page. (At least I didn't think so until I realized how to do it)
I'll try not to make this too long, but here is the basic breakdown.
Just a little insight on me first.
Whenever, I go about solving a problem, doing a project, or task that I don't know how to solve or do, I kinda use a process of elimination.
Meaning, that I do my best to acquire all the info I can on what might work for the situation.
Then I'll go through them starting with the ones that I think will be the most probable solutions and as I do I will eliminate (we'll actually put them to the side) the ones that don't work.
All right, now that I have that out of the way, when I started I tried using an Elementor Archives template to create my post page.
However, It kept having the word "Archives" as the title instead of the custom title that I was trying to use inside the theme builder.
So after a few times of trying, I decided to go look at my site live to see how it was looking there. (sometimes it looks different live)
Also, when I check my sites live, I always use a different browser and an Incognito window, but when I did this that's when I realized doing that had wiped out my site... Nooooooooo!
So, needless to say, when I had recreated my site I was a little gun shy about trying that approach again.
Seeing how well it worked out the first time... lol
Now, that's when I started doing a lot more research on the subject and as I said earlier there were a lot of people teaching about how to create an archives page, but no one was really saying how to link it to your posts page. (I thought)
The thing about it is that when you create the archives page and set the conditions (which the automatic setting is already set up for it if I'm remembering correctly) it is supposed to apply to your archives page.
So, there must have just been some kind of glitch the first time that I did it... LUCKY ME!!!
Although, it worked for me the last time that I tried and now I have a static and custom homepage and a custom posts page as well.
Well, there y'all go, I hope I didn't make it too confusing!
Again, thanks for all y'alls help :)
Zach "The Prosperous View"
Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to Thank Y'all for all the help!
However, I'm going to have to put this part on hold for now.
I made a big rookie mistake!
I always back up my sites regularly, but so far I've only used premade themes and after I've made a few changes I start putting posts on it, then I start backing it up.
Well, this time I'm using the Elementor pro theme builder to create my site.
Now, I kinda went about it the same way, in that, I just thought I would start backing it up after I started putting posts on it.
Big mistake!!! (Any newbies reading this take note!)
So, I was basically through designing my site except for this Archives title issue.
Now, while I was working on resolving the problem of the Archives title showing up on the top of my posts page I ended up wiping out my entire website... ARGHH!!!
Well, at least I learned when building a site you need to back it up in different stages, and not just after it's completed and you start putting posts on it.
So, again, Thank You Everyone, and I hope when I get back to the part of getting rid of the Archives title off my posts page Y'all will all still be willing to help me :)
Zach "The Prosperous View"
Assuming you're using WA/siterubix hosting I assume (too many assumptions there I know!) that site support can help you recover.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to give an update about my website.
I actually worked all night and rebuilt it... phew, and Yeah, this time I downloaded and saved a copy to my laptop and I'll be adding it to my portable hard drive today too.
Now I'm back to where I started, meaning needing to deal with the issue of the word "Archives" showing as the title of my posts page. (I was hoping when I redid my site that it wouldn't still show up like that "NO SUCH LUCK"... lol)
So, I'll just continue to march on and get back to solving this next piece of the puzzle :)
Thanks again for everyone's input, advice, and help!
Thank you, Richard!
Yeah, I just went ahead and worked through the night and rebuilt my website.
So, now I'm back to fixing the problem of the word "Archives" showing as the title of my posts page.
Wish me luck!
P.S. I did remember to download a backup this time... lol
Sorry again to hear about all the hiccups, but glad you've got your site back up and running. I've had to rebuild a few sites as well, and rewrite posts that were lost, so I understand your pain.
Hey Zach, sorry to hear you're having this issue. It sounds like it could be a permalink setting. If you go to Settings >> Permalinks >> your setting should be Post Name so that your URL matches your page title.
Other than that my guess would be it's a theme setting. Maybe something you can change or a code snippet Elementor can provide.
Thanks, Jay, but I have to put this on hold for now, please see the new comment that I just put on here.
I call my posts page a blog and then attach it to my menu, all your posts wold show when a visitor clicks on blog.

Hey Abie, Thank you for the advice and the link!
Yeah, that's what I did at the beginning.
However, I'm not having a problem creating the static homepage or the blog page.
My problem is the name of my blog page.
So far, no matter what I've tried the word Archives keeps showing up as the title of my blog page (at the top of the page) instead of the custom name that I have as my menu tab and that I want at the top of my blog page.
Zach thank you
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache
Or
Try change theme and see if that works.
Thank You, Abie, but I have to wait on this for now.
Please see the new comment that I just put on here.
Is the Archives page showint the blogroll as you want it?
When you go to Appearance / Menus can you see the Archives label?
Hey Richard, Thanks for your help too!
I'm not quite sure we're on the same page though.
I'm not trying to do an archives page unless what I'm doing is considered an archives page.
I want my site to have a static homepage and then another blog page where all my new posts are added.
However, I want the blog page to have a custom name, and no matter what I've tried so far, it keeps having the word Archives as the title of the page. (The word Archives keeps showing up at the top of my blog page instead of the custom title I'm trying to name my page)
Ah-ha ... we might actually be on the same page then :-).
I use a static page on my sites with a separate blogroll called "Blog".
There is only one way to be showing a static page (and looking at your response to Abie, you've got that sorted), and at least 2 different ways that I've used to create blogrolls.
In either case, the names shown on the menu come from whatever the Label says within the menus function, which you can change within the menu function. But I think you know that.
Have you sorted it out yet?
If not send me a PM and I'm sure we can sort it out between us!
:-)
Richard

Hi Zach, you will probably want to consider only building 1 to 2 websites at a time anyway. It takes a lot of content to drive traffic to your website and that takes time.
Lily
Thanks, Phil!
Just to be clear, you mean if we have all 10 websites active they can only get 25,000 visits a month each.
Is that correct?

the total number of visitors to all of your site is 250,000...it doesn't have to be split equally...

Hi Abie & AJ.
I figured it out last night, but thank you so much for answering me!

Hi Emmanuel
On the top right is your picture or what you chose as your profile photo, click on it.
Then in the drop down menu click on account settings.
After that you will see connected Jaaxy account with your email under it, you click on that.
Then on the right you will see a blue button that says open jaaxy, click on that and it will open jaaxy.
After that you will see my account in the top right.
Click on that and there will be a drop down where you will see account settings.
Then click on that and it will take you to where you change your password.
I hope this makes sense to you and you can follow it.
