That is really difficulty to answer. My organic traffic took couple of months to begin. Most of my traffic has been through marketing. Keep writing and improving your site and it will begin.

I looked for words specific to my niche and my title, for example, my website is how to cope with rheumatoid arthritis. So I searched things like 'how to live well with RA' and 'Coping and living with RA' and if these had had more than 50 monthly searches and less than 200 QSR and as long as my keywords made sense and were relevant to my content I would choose these.
