Every year I do a set of Resolutions for the New year for myself and for my business. They have been more separate in the past, but not so much anymore.

This year is the end of a new decade. A 5th generation of my life which began on September 25th 1974. I am thinking now more than ever that just under 3 decades away we have to be ready for retirement. In the now we aren't even ready for the kids going to college, hell we don't even have a running car at the minute.

This is not the progress I expected writing this list 7 years ago, the fleeting months before my nervous breakdown. Before, Bi-polar. Before Social Anxiety paralyzed me in fear of the outside world.

But I have made serious progress.

I have now all but beaten back the monster of social anxiety. Sure the fear is still there but every weekend we open the swap meet stand and I can deal with small batches of customers at a time and even for brief times navigating the crowd of hundreds between the stand and the bathroom.

I have my bi-polar mostly under medicated control. My anger outburst are less often and I even went through a Christmas roller coaster of emotions with the passing of my uncle on the 23rd, Christmas the 25th, My wife and my 19th anniversary on the 28th, and now getting back to work on the 30th with new hope, new vision, and a bit of fire in the gut.

For the moment though I ask for pause in remembrance of my uncle Kevin Doscher and also a pause to thank my loving wife for 19 powerful years of love and support and 7 amazing children.

So what does 2020 hold?

Well to begin I am working not just on the now but am I working on the future as well. I have been so caught up in living day to day that the future still needs to be funded so I have begun bit currency investing and will have a blog documenting my personal journey into the future of Foreign Exchange investments.

As my portfolio increases so will my tools and those tools will need study and review and with that comes affiliate income for today and more investment collateral for tomorrow. I am a slow adopter but a quick study and everything I know about investing tells me the last big fall of bitcoin was the beginning of the stable opportunity as it now has leveled off to a more realistic value. I am really intrigued by the gains on Bitcoin Cash which had increased double digits in value in a week. The last time I saw this was when the Gold market took off in the 80s and early 90's.

I will continue blogging, and learning, improving, and loving like there is no tomorrow. These are my personal resolutions for 2020. I pray each of you has taken stock of what has happened and where you are headed and see as bright of a future as I do.

My name is Andy and I slay giants.

Good -- glad to hear you are going to be around. I value your knowledge and opinions a great deal. You have had a difficult path, and you seem to follow it with grace and success, in spite of the hurdles. Keep on keeping on, Andy, I delight in seeing you here.

Fran, you can't shake me that easily. I am WA for life lol. Besides, that helping people keep my brain firing on all cylinders. And you, my friend, are one of my many blessings.

Heya Brother .. Glad to see you “Have A Plan”

Stick To It !!!!!

I am well in to my 7th Decade of life .. and, for better or worse, I had No Plan - I “Lived Life” (From US Military to Street Hippie, to University Instructor/Researcher, to Wilderness denizen / Off-Grid-Survivalist, to Computer-Geek, to “Starving WA Pilgrim”) .. but never really Planned for The Future :-(

I Thank God, that I actually have small VA Pension and smaller Social Security Retirement check(s) Direct Deposited .. or I would be in deep doodoo.

Also, I Thank God, that I have made it to this point in my life “Relatively Unscathed” .. and I Pray that WA is going to provide a pathway to enough of a cushion for Me/Us to finally Retire In Peace!

Alright Then

Here’s to the ‘20s, M’Friend .. May They Be “Roaring”

... to You and Yours

Joe

Thanks, Joe, just the lift I needed and thank you for your service to our country. I couldn't join the military because of health issues but have great admiration for anyone in Law Enforcement, The Military, or Medical and EMS positions. Past, present, and future.

Andy

Here, Here, Andy! I'm a vet, and I always appreciate any one who served in those areas you mentioned!

I couldn't serve in the military but spent a little time as a Volunteer Fireman and then got into local and state politics because we need fewer politicians there. I made some difference but damn that's a tough life.

See, Andy--you were a volunteer fireman--all the same dangers with very little or no pay! 👍👍

Thanks for sharing. It seems like you are really pushing through a lot to create a fulfilling new year. All the best.

Despite losses along the way 2019 was a banner year in my recovery. There were times of depression and challenges along the way but I have also been both personally and professionally productive and with the opening of my Local SEO business in February and my newfound love of Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency 2020 looks to be even brighter.

I was told to buy Bitcoin, when it was new at $100/bitcoin. Of course, it was such a new concept I decided I would be better to gamble my money on the chance of winning. A few years later, every one of the $100 coins was worth $20,000. I have some now and am watching it closely.

yeah I couldn't afford anything back then but when it topped at $20,000 each I told all my friends to sell soon because it would drop to around 7K each which none believed me. Now that it has a real mean value the law of supply and demand can take over speculation and generate substantial but secure growth.

and no I don't know how I can about the number exactly but I think it has something to do with NASDAQ price index and the fact it is where commodities are traded most and currency so its a good judge of GDP value. Bitcoin is based largely on Consumer buying power and has it's own global GDP so this still doesn't explain fully how that number became my buy indicator.

Thank you for the inspiration you give to us. May 2020 be the year of revelations for you and us.

Thanks for the compliment. I set out with selfish intent to make myself better but if that can inspire others I love the idea.

The plate is completely full. Good luck with your endeavors!

More like my cup runneth over as I have been blessed with all sorts of good things, and have a destiny of greatness.
