My 2 week unplanned Vacation but I'm back.

Hi All, I'm Back!

Two weeks ago tomorrow I landed in the Emergency Room. My sysptoms were a crushing pain in my chest like getting kicked by a mule, shortness of breath, and a mild ache in both my left and right arms with nausia and a headache.

My thoughts were this could be a bad anxiety attack again but it also could have been a heart attack as my dad was my age when he had his first heart attack. Lucky me I was released 5 hours later after a barrage of testing with a stress related accute anxiety attack as a diagnosis.

Now I have had 6 such attacks, 5 leadig up to my nervous breakdown 6 years ago. My psych health is no stranger to them but this was one of the worst.

I had almost daily chest pains and anxiety issues for the first 7 days of the last 2 weeks and daily anxiety for nearly the entire 2 weeks until new medication started relieving the problems. Even if you have never had anxiety, never had a nervous breakdown, or never had issues dealing with stress it can build up silently.

in the 4 weeks before the attacks started I was pushing hard to launch my Local SEO site, and have a range of new products and offerings. I was also working so hard on setting a personal high for helping people having climed as high as number 14 on the Ambassador list. Surprrised to still be at number 24 after helping very few in the past 2 weeks as I took much needed rest time.

For me I am use to years of 12-16 hour days pushing to be the best I can professionally but I do not want to ever go through another nervous breakdown. Hell I am still on the mend from my first and that was like 6 years ago.

Action plan going forward.

1. Reduce to 8-9 hour days.

2. Worry less about setting personal highs that require 12+ hour days.

3. Focus more on what pays the bills and generates the money.

4. Schedule my launch further out.

5. Take things in singular small task instead of focusing on my whole list at once.

6. Eat better.

7. Sleep more.

8. Take time for me.

9. Take my medications on time vevery day.

10. Exercise more.

Don't over stress about your business, or about your friends and contacts. This is a big community with a lot of experienced helpers. You will never be able to help everyone and it's OK to say I need to go for now. Don't do what I have done to myself, be better than that.

Money comes in time with this business, but nothing gives you less time to earn the money you need than Death or Hospitals.

Honestly, until recently I thought meditation was all woo-woo, and never gave it much thought. But then I came across Dr Joe Dispenza.
I'd advise you to listen to him on YouTube and to give serious consideration to taking up meditation. I personally found it very helpful and de-stressing - even if you tried it out for only a week or so just to see, I would think that you would find it helpful to you too.

Nice to see you back Andy. Yes, you are right anxiety is also an enemy behind. I asked myself few weeks ago if I have had an anxiety to think it is easy for me to be stress and frustrate. I do some research about how to control the feeling of too much worrying.

I can't take any bad news at all. My body shaking and the tension too high. In order for me to calm myself I need to cry out loud, drink a lot of water and do a lot of outdoor and indoor activities.

Thanks Andy for sharing this blog to us. Our first wealth is our health, so we all need to focus also on what we can do to take care of our body. All of our hard work will come out as useless if we ignore the main reason why we do all these things. If we have a goal for financial success, we too should have a goal for our life and health. We made a lot of strategies in how to achieve our financial goals faster, so we also need to find some research or techniques on how to be healthy and strong, and how to lengthen our life. What we put on our mouth is also playing a big role for the goals of our life. So we also need to evaluate everything that we put on it before we swallow, if what can that benefit to our health. We need follow our doctor's instruction by not missing any prescribed medications, to be added with a little physical activity, because being in the computer for long will also cause some body pains if you don't warm yourself up before doing your sedentary works. Everyday, I always followed by my personal doctor inside me, and the advice of my creator, which is to not to hoard any grudge, by forgiving all those that have wronged against me, and prayer is what I considered the best medicine of all. I'm so sorry to hear of your anxiety and stress issues Andy. I have had my fair share of anxiety related issues in the past and I know it's definitely no fun, not to mention the physical symptoms anxiety can bring on can be quite scary.

Very happy to see you back in the saddle but PLEASE take care of yourself! Save some tasks for tomorrow, not everything can be done today :)
