How To Be More Positive And Happy

You dream to approach life in a more positive way, to always see what's going well (and not what is going wrong), to flourish on a daily basis. Rest assured: we are very many to want that. Here are 5 concrete ways to see life in pink a little bit more. These tips are most likely not new to you, but it is always useful to refresh our memory from time to time.

Control of the mind

Before getting on with the 5 tips, I would like to clarify a point that I feel is very important. In my opinion, it can make a significant difference - perhaps even the biggest difference - in the lives of those who really understand it...

There is no absolute truth. The world is always as everyone sees it. Therefore, always try to constantly direct your thoughts towards happiness, health, wholeness, success, serenity of mind, etc. Remember, this is a choice you can always make. Your brain is malleable, so to speak. And you will see that it will gradually get used to thinking positively.

How to be more positive and happy

1 - The opposite thought:

As soon as a negative thought passes through your mind, replace it automatically with the opposite thought; some wise men put a small bracelet around their wrists to remember this and pinch each time a negative idea crosses their mind.

2 - The repetition of affirmations:

Like all muscles in your body, your brain will remember what it does most, so you have to train it to think positively; every morning, repeat so many times with conviction inspiring thoughts like "I feel good, I'm getting better, I'm sure I'll spend a very exciting day and make beautiful encounters" (or any other thoughts of this kind).

3 - Meditation:

The spirit of modern man (or woman) is very agitated, during a day it is crossed by thousands of thought of which some (most) are quite parasitic and harmful; every night before falling asleep, give yourself an intimate moment with yourself while doing meditation! You will see, this will greatly ease your mind.

4 - An inspiring environment:

You want to be more serene and bring order to your life, so start by putting your surroundings in order; your house should always be tidy, clean, your bedroom airy and quiet! And to accustom your subconscious to work in the direction you desire, do not hesitate to put pictures, objects or symbols representing your dreams; for example, if you want to lose weight and have a perfectly healthy body, post photos of people representing your ideal, if you want to live at the seaside, create a frame with fine sand and pictures of flowering palms, and so on...

5 - The choice of friends:

"Tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who you are" says the proverb; surround yourself with positive and inspiring people, run away from bitter and negative people, this is absolutely crucial, as both will attract you!

In conclusion:

Hanging among Wealthy Affiliate members is definitely the healthiest way to remain positive! I am always on the lookout for success stories here on Wealthy Affiliate, and elsewhere on the net, they are many. To me, other people's success stories have always been the most powerful instrument of my progress in life.
