I can help you to cancel your account but I have no control over the possibility of a refund. You can reach out to Kyle to discuss that.
To cancel; click on your profile picture in the upper-left and select Account Settings. Once that page loads, click on Membership and finally on Stop Billing & Cancel My Account.
Go to your account settings within your profile then click membership there you can stop billing and cancel your membership
