I am Dutch, and my WP back-office is set to Dutch, I have changed all things like "Leave a comment" and "Recent posts" etc. into Dutch on my Dutch websites too. It's a bit of a hassle to find the sentences in the editor, but it is possible.
I used a test website to find the things I wanted to change. Do Not Be Afraid To Build A Website The commonly used language on the WA platform is English, though.

There aren’t many restrictions these days on what people can do, regardless of their native tongue? There may be French language speakers on the WA Platform? There may be other multilingual speakers and teachers such as yourself that can help develop their skills and learn from.
There are translating tools online these days which are excellent. I see Alex01 says there are methods to change language settings as well on Word press.
It may be a slightly steeper learning curve initially for a non English speaker because predominantly most people are using English Language but we are all on learning curves here regardless of our professional experience.
Perfect opportunities for people to develop affiliate marketing skills and learn a new language. It’s often down to our individual levels of motivation as well as to how we want to develop our own skills.

Hi! You mean ranking inside Wealthy Affiliate! :) There are 3 elements in that equation: Helper, Creator, and Activity. You obtain points as Creator when you blog or create tutorials. You can blog from the first day you join WA, but you can only create tutorial after 3 months you have joined.

Others have already pointed a few issues which I think you can certainly fix pretty easily. Also, you do have a lot of grammatical and punctuation errors in most all of your paragraphs (misspellings or misuse of words and punctuation and spacing adjustments). Likely a spell/grammar check like Grammarly or similar would easily help fix that for you.
No problem! I am kind of obsessed with grammatical errors and typos and I seem to make a lot of them myself! I find that every time I get a new set of eyeballs on anything I do, some will always be found. Don't sweat it, it just takes repeatedly checking what we do and having a good program to alert you always helps. You are doing a good job, keep going!
Hey my friend, not bad overall. Patsy mentioned the large indent on the 1st paragraph, which is something to correct. And Dhind1 mentioned the code. To correct those code issues, I can see that you pasted them using the Visual Editor in your Post. Whenever you want to use code you must use the Text Editor.
So copy all of that code and paste it into some sort of text document so you don't lose it. Go back to your Post, now highlight and cut that code, click on the Text Editor and paste it in there, then Publish.
All of your images should now appear like you want. Best of luck!

If I understand the product/service review process as described here in WA, it's not unusual to provide reviews of competing products with yours being the one you would want to get responses on of course. Not sure how you would do that when it doesn't matter which one they choose. Interesting direction though.
