Getting Over Stress - A Little Fun Fact
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a blog about change and how constant it is in our lives. While I admit I am good with change, sometimes with that change comes stress.
Over the last few days, I have had a lot going on (another blog for another day). It has certainly been quite the roller coaster ride.
When I am like this, the only thing I like to do is laugh because after all, laughter is the best medicine, right?
So, I ran across something a little silly today that I laughed about and wanted to share it with you.

I feel you. This past week has been stressful. One thing I've learned to also help with that along with laughter, is learning to let things go. Let go of the things you can't control. Worrying about them only adds on to your stress levels
