Please explain better what you are meaning by excluding pages when you learn PPC.
PPC means pay per click and excluding pages is an option that you can do in a WordPress website by adding a plugin.
These are two totally different things, thus my confusion with your question.
What URL did you take this screen print from, please?
Because if it is from Kyle's training then I know he would have instructed you as to how to do this before making it a task for you to complete.

From the screenshots -- it looks like you're on the WordPress home page whereas on Kyle's it's on the Appearance one ... different pages ....
also as you're going through the training -- sometimes the themes may be different as well which gives a different look ....
as long as the Dashboard is still there -- you're still in WordPress ...
Suggest you might want to spend a bit of time getting yourself better acquainted with the WordPress Dashboard ...
