Why am i not getting anything when i click on media library?

I am searching for photostock in media library with no results.
I thought it was a "library" as in "media library". I did end up uploading my own. this chat is erratic acting. are we windows 10 compatible?
yes, it's your own private library. You either need to take your own photos, get free photos or buy them and then upload them to your media library
Could you please advise me. Pics are in my media library, but a couple don't show. When I hit edit, they show up. When I leave edit, the don't show up in the media library. Just the box. I made a change somewhere I guess

yes, it's your own private library. You either need to take your own photos, get free photos or buy them and then upload them to your media library
