You will want to narrow those down some, and like Tom said, have a great interest or passion for the topic.
Who is it you are most interested in helping? Athletes trying to improve their skills? or those looking for the best equipment? Youth's just getting into the sport? Etc.
Your niche is the group of people you are targeting, revolving around a specific topic.
